These days we hear a lot about the younger generation and how things are not the same as they were in 'my day' . Well, I will never despair of the youth of today after my experiences with our renovations. The young men on J&H Beohm's Building team (ranging from 19 y.o to 55 y.o) are amazing, they have been digging for days and are still out there now (7 pm). Not only are they still out there but they continue to be polite, respectful, and cheery! Big businesses could learn lots from the management style of young men like Joe Beohm.
